Bad customer service

I'm not impressed with one of your worker by the name Walter Jack Hobyani who came to deliver my router from MTN. He was so rude to a point where I declined his call because I was trying to explain to him as I was out of office. He just shout at me before he can even here what I was trying to tell him where am and where we can meet to give him all the documents that was needed. Kind Toka Sannie Nkoana
