Bad courier services

I called the couriers on the 6th of April in the morning to alert them that we're going to be knocking off early (12H00 mid-day)at work do would it be possible for them to track the driver and alert him. The driver said he'll only be in my area around 15H00 and so I waited and waited until he arrived. When he called I was around the corner from my work place and asked him to wait for two minutes with the security guards at the gate. When I got there he had already left and it was less than 2 minutes and when I tried calling him back he ignored my calls and wrote lies on the report that I was unavailable and I was at home.
