BAD COURIER!!!!!

I have never seen a courier company so disorganized in my life... My parcel has been up and down and through the whole of JHB for some reason and everytime I phone to ask where my parcel is they just move it to the next day.. I am very upset and would never use them cause I dont see why it is so difficult to just deliver the parcel on the day it was suppose to arrive. Very angry
