Bad Courier Company
<p>I'm waiting for a parcel from Cell C since laste week 20/04/2017. As per RAM Courier "Aldo Liebenberg" this parcel has been resolved "undelivered" send back to Cell C. Up to date I didn't received any phone call from RAM telling me their in our town with my parcel I need to meet them somewhere I only received a SMS after 17h00 yesterday that they can't deliver the parcel can't get hold of me. Now Liebenberg told me to I need to apply again for Cell C. Ram is the worst company in South Arica. When I contact yesterday to follow up on my parcel the lady told me to phone the Polokwane branch and get it sorted myself. Phinease Ramathabane also isn't very helpfull. Please all avoide this company as far as possible.</p>

Please do take note that RAM has tried on three occasions to make delivery to you however could not get hold of you in order to hand the parcel over. We then requested from CellC what to do with this parcel and they requested that this be returned to them.
Unfortunately your parcel is no longer with RAM as I stated to you previously and has already been returned to CellC. You will have to contact them regarding your parcel.
I do apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused, but please do note that due to Ram no longer having this parcel and you being informed to contact CellC we can not keep a ticket open as a new cellc waybill will be issued from cellc when sending your parcel.
