Bad costumer service

On the 16 April received a call from Ram company in respect of the delivery on the17 April in the morning I advised the lady that I have an appointment in Victoria hospital at 9 can't they change the date she said no there is a guy who deliver in wynberg she will drop it off at 10 I told her I won't be there the whole day I need to go back to work she said no he will be there at 10 on the 17 April received an sms that the driver will call me when he is out of the hospital at 10 I waited there till 12:30 call the company on ********** 726 @ 12:30 to asked to to call the driver as I want to leave the place the lady have tried to call he didn't answer he have send email to him not respond I then left the hospital when I have arrived at work I called and spoke to a guy have advised him the of all that has happened and to counsel the delivery at I have left the place and send it in the morning to the original address he took all information and he said I must call cellc to authorize the arrangement I have called cells and the confirm that the have the original address nothing was change on their side they must just deliver in the address provided by them I called in the morning to see when I can get the delivery they told me their system is down I keep on calling till 10:30 when I spoke to a lady who was rude she said the delivery when to the same address in wynberg I told the lady Palesa I have called several time to update this no one has updated my contact details I wanted to speak to her mananger she kept me on hold for about 30min and then she drop the phone I called again spoke to another person I had to repeat myself all the time am calling them untill I spoke to lubabalo he tried to call the delivery and no answer he have send a note that I can go to wynberg I just want to be sure about the time as I need to prepare my day as I was leaving today at night he called me back and says the guy will meet me at pick and pay I went to pick and pay I wanted there for 30 minutes nothing happened I called and they lady tried to call the guy do not answer the phone I end up finishing my airtime I dicided to come home I now have not received my phone i left cape Town to Johannesburg will be back in May no one have phone me I am soo ****es off with the company called ram corrie
