Bad communication / No communication

What a disappointment. Receive a SMS stating parcel delivery for Wednesday. Nothing Receive a SMS stating parcel delivery for Thursday. Again nothing. Receive a SMS stating parcel delivery for Friday, but I am not in office, and then they actually do deliver. They left site. Now they send parcel back to supplier stating client not available after only one fault due to client. Not fair. They must proof that I was phoned the other two days, they dont do their work. Really bad service.
