BAD, BAD DELIVERY SERVICES FROM RAM

This is a case of disrespect and absolute unprofessional conduct to the extreme. I placed an order with TFG, which was smooth and up to date. Early this morning 3 December 2021 at 10h28,i received a message that my parcel P*** will be delivered Before 5pm,at this point in time 17h22 nothing has reached my doorstep. Not even an apology for a delay or reason why I've been kept for a fool. In this day and age where one limits your outings to shops, you receive this kind of unprofessional and worst service. You do not want to leave your house or do something that will hamper your delivery, you make sure to be where you said you will be. Just to be taken as a nothing. How can the economy of this country move forward, with such bad pathetic service from companies like this. TFG, please do yourself a favor and get back to the previous deliverers, that you used in the past. Make use of the small companies and keep your customers happy, than use these large companies that, taking your clients as nothing.

This RAM couriers, have reached the bottom of ************* and unreliability. They also proof to be a company that lies to their clients. This company reported back to their client, TFG, that they tried to deliver this parcel, but could not. A blatant lie. How do they distinguish between the delivery of a sms and the delivery of a parcel. The same time, they claimed that they tried to deliver the same time, they claimed to be unable to deliver the goods. How low can you go. We are currently 3 adults at home, 2 pensioners, both medically boarded, and 1 recovering from an operation 13 days ago. How can they claim that they could not make the delivery? Every person buy something for a reason, and then you plan on using you well spent money. Now, we, the customers of the supplier, are left embarrassed by a third party, who just had to render an honest trustworthy service. Act on the instructions of their client. This didn't happen in this case. They expect compensation for services, that were not rendered. Leaving the customer of their client red faced. A humble apology, will not be good enough in this case. Ram should do better, because I will stand on section 2 of the constitution of our country. For too long are companies let off the hook with a simple, sorry. In this case it was an act of humiliation, because the core reason for buying the goods, were watered-down, because of bad service from a courier company, who proof to be *****.
