Bad bad courier service
My parcel has been missrouted twice even after I phoned to confirm they have my correct address, I was promised delivery today and no delivery. the customer services is no help at all. this is the worst service and is disgraceful.

The correct delivery address has been noted and the parcel is currently on the road to the Nelspruit branch where is will be prepared for delivery to take place tomorrow morning.
The problem came about when the consigner listed Riverside Park as the one in the Western Cape. But this has all been resolved.

I called the day this was dispatched and corrected the address. after it was captured incorrectly and then after I contacted RAM to fix it it was captured wrong again. The customer service is really terrible. The service is really terrible

The request to change the delivery address was noted on the first time you called. There is not two or more requests where you requested for the address t be changed.
Also note that the parcel is consigned by the sender, which in this regard is Rain. They captured the address the way it appeared at first.

The delivery address problem has been resolved. Please note that we can only change the delivery address once the parcel is at a hub, and not while it is on the road.
The request to change the delivery address was noted on the first time you called. There is not two or more requests where you requested for the address t be changed.
