Bad Bad Bad Bad Bad Service😡

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my parcel which was scheduled for delivery yesterday and never arrived.

An attempt was made to deliver on Saturday even though it is not a business day and as a result the parcel was not received. I then arranged a new delivery date for 2 December 2025 but the parcel was still not delivered. I called RAM and even emailed the manager Rethabile and was informed that delivery could only be attempted again today with no specific time guaranteed.

This is extremely inconvenient as I urgently needed the parcel today. I am leaving town and any further delay will cause significant problems.

I specifically requested that RAM prioritise this delivery but when I called again this morning at 08:00 I was advised that my parcel is still at the warehouse with no indication whatsoever that it will be delivered today.

This lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is unacceptable. I am requesting immediate assistance and a clear resolution to this ongoing issue.
