Bad attitude from driver and assistant

I received an sms that my parcel will be delivered today. I informed the receptionist to be ready and inform me as soon as the courier arrives. Luckily the courier arrived during my lunch time and I was just opposite the company building. The courier asked for me, the reception lady called me and after hanging up the guy said he was leaving. The reception called me again and to let me know the guy was leaving since I was already jumping across I bumped into the guy in their car. I was not even 2 min when he came into the office when I got to him I asked him why cant he wait. His response was "we cannot wait we have too many parcels to deliver". Fine I asked him what if I was walking from the office to reception it means I would've missed him. He just laughed at me. He then asked me to sign and take my parcel. I asked if i can check if everything is ok inside before they leave they said no. I said i would complain and the driver said im talking "*** now" . they were supposed to Rica my sim card since I bought a router and sim card however he just scanned my ID and left. Not only did I receive bad service but Rica regulations were not followed. If i had known I would've asked the receptionist to take the parcel on my behalf so they guy could leave since they are such in a hurry. I only opted to collect the parcel because I had to Rica. I understand its peak season but are we as clients supposed to experience bad service because the drivers are in a hurry to finish their deliveries? What about people who work in big companies that have to walk to reception? are they supposed to sit an wait for the courier at reception till they arrive? I'm also going to write to the CEO of the company where I bought the router from and inform him that my sim card was not Rica'd even though it will work anyway because of the services I received. I collected my parcel at the gate. If i was not outside I would've missed my parcel
