bad attitude!!!

I am beyond ****ed right now!!! I just got a delivery by one of your drivers but the guy that was passenger came to deliver it to the door.. I have a 5 month old daughter and I was putting her to sleep the time they came, he knocked twice then shouted into the window!!!!! What ethical person does something like that? Not only did he wake my daughter he laughed at me to my face when I told him this is uncalled for.. he kept back chatting and no apology whatsoever!! He had a damn nerve to tell me he doesn't know what my problem is, are you freaken kidding me!!! Once I signed he told me again that I didn't come to the door that's why he shouted and laughed at me once again when I told him not to shout into my house!! Who the hell does this guy think he is? Is this the type of customer service you guys offer to people? When I told him I am going to report him he told me to do just what I want to.. bladdy rude and unprofessional!!! For such a well known and much used company I would think that you would have people working for you to uphold your name and not drag it through the mud like their stinking attitude!! He refused to give me his name after I said he is being reported!!
