Bad arrogant service
I wish to even give it a quarter of a star, the driver was aggressive and rude. Then told me he's turning back with the parcel because I'm not at home, whereas I told him I had to deliver something. The guy practically told me he'd deliver when I'm ar home, so since I go to work he's practically saying he won't deliver.

29 Nov 2024, 10:25There was no delay, the driver passed the house and said that he's not delivering anymore and is returning because the recipient isn't me.
It has nothing to do with infrastructure, the recipient even saw him pass.

29 Nov 2024, 19:31Today the driver just decided it was not worth it to deliver my order , so he just updated that I'm not at home. How do you conclude that someone isn't at home when you didn't even reach out.
Then head office just calls to tell me that they can't reach him, pity we can't tell stores which couriers to use because Ram isn't definitely worth the stress.
