AWFUL - STAY AWAY
Awful courier company. Drivers call and then cut the phone immediately when you answer and then leave without delivering when it's late in the day. You assume the 2" phone conversation you didn't have was spam. I will never use them and I will ensure that Vodacom knows how unhappy I am.

It seems like they ask for this info but do not bother to relay it.

04 Oct 2023, 09:46No don't worry about it it does happen at times that wen supplies hand over parcels to us we do not have full addresses and client's end up being really angry at us. please do have your ID and POR will arrange delivery during the day.
