Awful service from RAM
RAM is a useless courier service. They had my parcel for over a week and then suddenly they realised that my address was apparently incomplete. This address 'change' will cause another week delay in delivery. I think they are just spiteful because I dared to complain about their service. They are rude and think that they are performing a great free service to us their clients. Awful, awful company.
