Awful Service and Delivery

What a joke of a courier company... I am absolutely appalled by their service. They get the wrong delivery address constantly and then the delivery driver is awfully rude over the phone and interrupts you before you can even finish speaking. If this is how you treat your customers then I believe that you should close your doors because clearly customers doesn't mean anything to you.
