What a pleasant experience!<br> I ordered a few gifts through an online store, which was to be delivered by RAM to my door.<br> Almost immediately I received my wabel number and could check progress on their website without having to register or create account (One less password to remember :-) )<br> On the day of delivery, they were going to deliver somewhere between 8am and 5pm which is standard.<br> I urgently had to leave and could not wait any longer, so I used the 'Quick Chat' app on their website.<br> Within 30 minutes driver's location was checked, route adjusted and package delivered to my door.<br> And I was still on time for my urgent meeting.<br> <br> Big up RAM!!
