Brilliant service and speed from the customer support team, I'd like to especially highlight the great service I got from Selarno Peterson.

I paid for a document to be sent internationally by RAM but didn't get any confirmation or notification of my transaction or any further details after my payment, the next day after calling the customer care line I was very promptly connected with Selarno who guided me step by step through to solving the problem and assisted me with completing the extra documentation that was needed for customs. My package was collected just a few hours after Selarno and I had finished speaking and I just felt the need to applaud such brilliant service!
