Awaiting package

I have been waiting for package for just over 10 days and twice we have been told our package is on the way but no one appears, my husband works on the road and he to. Make himself available those days cos its his package and they just don't bother. The call center is even more useless. Worst courier company. Never using vodacom with ram anymore as they give u so much assurance.all lies. Still awaiting package. Dismal service
