Avoid RAM couriers at all cost

I ordered an item and the retailer advised delivery on 13/07/2015 by RAM. There was no urgency to the delivery but I am a busy woman and needed an estimated date of delivery so that I could be sure to be at home. <br> <br> The parcel was not delivered. The retailer reverted to RAM and I got a call from a RAM agent who said the parcel may be delivered on the 14/07/2015 at any possible time from lunch time to late afternoon and that there are no guarantees that the parcel would be delivered at all. When requesting an explanation for the delay, the agent responded, \I don't know."No explanation"
