Avoid RAM courier at all costs

I have been supporting RAM courier for some time now and have even written positive reviews regarding their service.

BUT the last 2 times was a total disaster, and the worst is that they refuse to take accountability for their poor service, even from management.

The following reasons is why I would never make use of RAM service again - Parcel was collected 2 days after it was suppose to be collected - Drivers indicate on their system that you are not available when they do not even come pass to collect or phone you (total *****) - I had to phone around in order to get hold of a manager and was refuse a contact number of a manager - Not a single manager have contacted me to give me feedback, a update or even an apology. - I asked for a letter of apology which I can forward to my client, and still have not received one even though I asked for it on numerous occasions. - parcel was suppose to be delivered last week Friday, and latest on Monday, yet it got delivered on Tuesday only hence i paid for faster delivery.

From all this experience, and management that do not take accountability for the poor service, and non-existing customer service, i will not make use of this company ever again.

From the reviews I have seen on RAM, it seems like this horrible service is experienced 90% of the time.

Covid have effected all of us, and still I chose to support you, BUT never again.
