Avoid irritating your customers, don't use RAM

Left a copy of my ID and the tracking number at home for delivery of an online purchase. Courier refused to deliver because I wasn't personally there with my ID in hand. Some people work. It wasn't a bank card, which I have had couriered without these delivery hassles. People order online to avoid having to find a store and going there. If you want to avoid irritating your customers, don't use RAM.
