AVOID AT ALL COST
Really worst of the worst. I should never have ordered my phone from Vodacom if I knew this was going to be the result. Missed the delivery by minutes. Delivery address was the office and because there was no notification that they are on their way, I left for 10minutes and this is when they arrived. I immediately tried to make contact with them as I was willing to drive and meet them anywhere seeing as though they are close by. They made 0 efforts to assist me and just refused to accommodate me in anyway. I even said I'll go to the depot to collect but was told no. when I asked when to expect the next delivery date/time they couldn't answer me. So now I don't even know if I will get my parcel. They should've just given me the next delivery date/time, but their sheer incompetency caused this to happen. Thanks for nothing RAM!
