Avoid any online stores using their services
I received an sms that my parcel gets delivered today. I hang around at address 2 hours longer since i'm not getting any feedback, and wasted ALL my airtime waiting for this company to answer my phone calls.... I'm not getting any updates regarding my parcel and can't get shunt around by sms's and not being able to communicate back if i'm not always at the address. What a ****py courier! Avoid any online stores using their services!!!
