Avoid and ask Vodacom to chose another courier service

After 7 confirmation calls that I would receive my phone upgrade in time, this lovely courier service did not pitch on time. They then proceeded to say that now that my delivery wasn't successful the order will be cancelled.

I was leaving on a trip abroad, therefore I had a specific deadline as to which they can deliver. But never fear, the manager is here to inform you that no such request logged and after asking that he trace the call logs, he said he is just trying to follow protocol. What an absolute useless experience from this courier service. I am leaving tomorrow on my journey without my phone and these guys dont care about business
