Atrocious Service
Vodacom honestly needs to work with a different courier company because Ram's services are atrocious. No one at the Durban branch answers emails from their call centre nor do they answer phone calls!!! They called me on Saturday 22 Feb 2020 to make arrangements for delivery on Monday 24 Feb 2020. They don't pitch and they don't even have the decency to call and apologise and they don't have the decency to pick up calls when called for enquires. Ram your services are appalling and you should be ashamed of yourself

24 Feb 2020, 17:26So I finally get hold of someone on *** and when I said I needed to enquire about my delivery the lady said hold on and blatantly hung up on me and doesn't pick after that. How rude!
