Atrocious service delivery.

The service delivery is atrocious. I received an sms saying (actually multiple sms) that my package has not arrived yet. It has been 2 weeks already!

According to the call long my house is unavailable. I had no missed calls on my phone. Or calls. Nothing. This is ridiculous
