Atrocious service delivery
The delivery lady was extremely rude and falsely reported that she was unable to get a hold of me whereas I spoke to her when she incorrectly typed in my address in the GPS. When i try to contact her, she hangs up the phone when I try to introduce myself. Although she introduced herself as Rachel I don't know how true it is. She is sotho/pedi speaking and due to deliver in the Florida, Roodepoort area this morning. Her contact number is *** kindly help me track my parcel.

16 Jun 2020, 18:39My issue still not yet been resolved, the driver decided to go and write a review on my tracking site saying my phone is not going through which was not true i then called the call centre complained she later decided to write that the building name is incorrect while the building that she was mentioning is attached to my apartment..KINDLY HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN USE THEIR BRAINS
