Atrocious Service

I had a HUGE debacle with 6 shipments going to TAKEALOT in JHB from CPT. They delivered all of them late (various dates sent). This resulted in loss of revenue for 314 orders totalling in the hundreds of thousands, that Takealot.com cancelled. After countless emails, whatsapp and phone call communications, the persistent request for assistance in this matter was not forthcoming to prevent this loss. I then emailed all the heads of departments including my Account Manager in CPT. I have done this several times and after two anf half weeks, not a single explanation, nor apology - just their bill. I emailed accounts and they deleted my email without reading it! I have even emailed their CEO - Graeme Lazarus, twice. STILL NO RESPONSE. Worst Courier company I have used and that is saying plenty.
