Atrocious service

Tom tom organised for RAM to collect my device on Wednesday, since I had no phone I called them and instructed Ram to ask for me at reception alternatively tell me what time they are coming and APPARENTLY they couldnt disclose this information to their CLIENT for security purposes, I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism especially for a global company. Its services like these that make companies flop to the ground!!!
