Atrocious non-service

Whatever you do, don't use Ram. There are enough other efficient couriers out there. Unfortunately my courier was chosen by my supplier. I'll summarise over a week of non-delivery...... Small parcel picked up in Cape Town Tuesday 21 November, for delivery to Johannesburg. Not delivered by the time I left for an out of two trip Friday, but I received a call when delivery was attempted at my gate intercom. I explained that delivery should be Monday. But I got an attempted delivery call Saturday! Since then, three days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) of non-delivery, because "the delivery person "didn't have time"!!. They are going to "try again tomorrow" (Thursday 30 November). Meanwhile I have made numerous calls at my own cell phone expense. Including early morning today (29th), when I was promised a call to advise when delivery would be made. Didn't happen. I had to call again, more than seven hours later.
