Hi

Can someone from RAM assist with my parcel that was handed over by DHL this morning in Richards Bay?

I didn't get any comms from RAM up to now about the parcel's whereabouts.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered today and nothing.

I called your number and emailed, to no avail.

We do a daily collection at DHL so we should collect it today or tomorrow if the parcel is ready

ok thanks.

i needed that parcel today as it is a part for my car as DHL confirmed.

I can't wait another 2 or 3 days to get the part cos the mechanic still needs to work on my car before i travel long distance.

could you please expedite the delivery to tomorrow morning?

the parcel was received by RAM in Richards Bay at about 2:40pm as per the info on your website.

It is now saying the tracking no is invalid and no updates since last night.

please advise on an update?

and please send direct contact number of the agent who is monitoring it?
