Arrogant staff.

Their bad customer service made me extremely angry, frustrated and annoyed, arrogant drivers plus arrogant client service desk. Even today I haven't received my parcel from vodacom which was a gift to my wife, because their stupid drivers couldn't find my address and they made it my fault, one guy turned with my package when he was two streets away. Will never use ram again and Wil never work with anyone who's using ram as their courier company.
