Arrogant, rude, unhelpful driver

<p>I just had an incredibly unpleasant interaction with one of your drivers. The man was smug, arrogant and extremely rude to me. He was unhelpful and obstructive. I have never been subjected to such appalling customer service in my life! Your drivers are client facing and an important part of your business. It is not good enough to hire boorish nincom****s who don't understand their role in client interaction. I am going to speak to Vodocom about using your company to deliver phones. I waited an entire day, dealt with *********** nonsense and I still have no phone. I am extremely angry and frustrated.</p>
