Appauling Service Ever and Rude Staff

Horrible, drop calls rude staff, holding a parcel since 09 November to-date. The yesterday driver insisted to speak Sepedi. I asked him to deliver at 16h00 he says he cannot he must be in Centurion. I was told he must be available until 18h00 for work. He was very rude to me. This morning I am toldhe left the parcel at Ram and again no one is able to confirm when will I receive the parcel. Ram is taking deliveries for my area and turn around and fail to services. I am appalled by their service.
