Appauling service

I've called your offices 4 times to schedule a delivery. We' agreed to delivery on Monday 4 April since none of the previous arrangments worked. No delivery at all. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing at RAM. I cannot believe you are trusted with high-value items, as you cannot even honor a commitment. I will have to inform Vodacom of your lack of service and commitment
