appalling service to say the least

Missing parcel , That time of the year where goods go missing and noone helps, I spoke to two agents at Ram Beverley and Andile, Andile just never got back to me.. I did not receive my parcel nor did i sign for it, I chatted to Xavier that sent me POD with nothing on, no signature no tracking info, but im being told my parcel was delivered, pathetic service
