Appalling service RAM

Absolutely appalling service RAM:

To cut a tedious story short …I was expecting my fnb package to be delivered. I got an sms on Friday 26/07 @ 08:03- to expect delivery for my package..

11:23 same day , I receive a call from one of your Ram drivers ..to advise that they have arrived to deliver my package ..I go outside ..no one is there ?!!

I immediately contact the driver back and ask him where he is ??? He confirms he is near the mountains..clearly they got my home address wrong ?? the driver casually advises me that they will re-deliver the package on Monday ?? I’m like how ?? I gave you guys the correct address ….I’m not happy with this at all….I worked from home on Friday to ensure that I’m home to accept this delivery only - to be advised that my address is incorrect ??? Really guys ?????and this automatically becomes my problem…right !!! What kind of service is this ?

Monday morning …29/07 I get an sms @ 08:03 & 08:53 stating my order is out for delivery….the time is now 18:50 and I’m Still waiting ..no call..absolutely nothing..from RAM?

total disrespect of one’s time and energy!!
