Appalling service… not sure why companies still insist on using them for deliveries

I had a horrific service from rams yet again… I have been waiting patiently for my parcel to be available for delivery for just over 2 weeks. I was very excited when I got a notification that it is with the courier. Today in the morning when I tracked the parcel on their website it said out for delivery, I waited for a notification or a call informing me the parcel is on the way for delivery. When that did not happen I went back to the website only to find they have indicated that delivery failed because of unavailable business address and I was not available telephonically. No messages or call from them, had to call the business to get an explanation and now I am told I have to wait for another two days to get my parcel. Appalling
