Appalling service and unacceptable delays - Avoid RAM Couriers

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with RAM Couriers (waybill number UAR6JQRJ). Despite booking a courier service, it took them over 4 days to even attempt to collect my parcel. This complete lack of urgency and efficiency is unacceptable for a courier company.

My attempts to follow up on the order were met with further delays and unhelpful responses. The lack of communication and proactive problem-solving from RAM Couriers (via BobGo) was truly disappointing.

Ultimately, I had to cancel my order with RAM due to their inability to provide even a basic level of service. I then booked with The Courier Guy who successfully collected my parcel on the same day, highlighting the stark contrast in service quality and efficiency.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering using RAM Couriers to look elsewhere. Their unreliable service, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer time and needs make them an unsuitable choice for any time-sensitive deliveries.
