Appalling Service

I am very appalled and disappointed to say the least with the poor service I have received from RAM couriers thus far. After numerous calls back and forth, its been over a week now and I still have not received my delivery after having to update my contact number numerous times, but the driver still calls the incorrect number and says delivery is unsuccessful without even attempting to go to the address provided for delivery. Please get your house in order and sort of my delivery ASAP. Very annoyed
