Appalling service

The service received from this courier is appalling. On May 19th, 2020, I’ve received a sms from RAM to say that my parcel is out for delivery. Today, 3 June 2020, entering the 3rd week, I still did not receive my parcel. I've made numerous phone calls and sent e-mails to their customer centre and have spoken to various consultants to make delivery arrangements but still have no response to when my parcel will be delivered. I am shocked to see on their tracking system they tried to contact me and I did not answer my phone. Also, that they tried to deliver to my home and I was not available. These are lies, nobody from RAM contacted me and nobody came to my house. I am appalled at the service and lies. Since I've placed the order have returned to work in the meantime. I've also contacted them to make arrangements to deliver to work but to no avail. I always have to follow up, no one returns my calls or gives me feedback. Extremely disappointing. Pathetic service and beyond frustrating.
