Appalling service

I ordered a parcel last week that came all the way from Pretoria to Durban the package was supposed to have been delivered yesterday however no one came and I was told that they contacted me and they were at my house, which is ******* as I was home the whole day and canceled all my plans to ensure being at home. Then when I went to the shops quickly I got a phone call stating they 10min away. I raced all the way home sitting in the driveway for 20min and no one pitched up, leaving me with no package. Today they were supposed to make a plan for me as they messed me about yesterday. And I’m still currently waiting for my package. The service is appalling and some of the people at customer service couldn’t bother to help or they were rude and not interested in helping. I will never use this service ever again.
