Appalling experience with Ram through an Edgars order

Appalling experience with Ram through an Edgars order. Been waiting since last week for my parcel, which according to the Edgars tracking link, has been out on delivery for days - but every day when I follow up with Ram I get some excuse or other and a promise of "it will be delivered tomorrow". They are utterly useless. Can't believe Edgars uses them.
