Appalling customer service from RAM

I would like to lodge a complaint against RAM courier services. I've been expecting the courier of a parcel since 26 August. Each and everyday when I track parcel it notes that it's on it's way. When I call to follow up I am told it will be priority and delivered but to no avail.

I just received the parcel. The driver first calls and tells me he is outside the estate and won't be coming in. When I go to him I note he is parked far away. I sight my concerns about the entire experience including him parking far. He responded to say that this is not his company and I should not express this to him. I'm extremely disappointed in the entire experience from tracking to receiving of the parcel.
