Appalling customer service from RAM
Appalling customer service from RAM couriers. I followed up with RAM on a parcel I was expecting on Thursday 09/11/2021 and it was confirmed by a Xavier that I should expect the delivery only today, Friday 10/12/2021. I had not received any communication for the day about the delivery and I have been unable to track the delivery on their site. I then made another follow up only to be told the drivers are all out for the day and they had left my parcel behind and now I am expected to wait until Monday 13/12/2021. What circus is this? This is totally unacceptable and I am still expecting my delivery today !!!!!!
