Appalling customer service.

I have been waiting for my Rain SIM card to get delivered since the 28th of April and they advised me to allow 3-5 days since it’s lockdown and still nothing has been delivered.

Tried getting in touch with them via Live chat but they take 20 minutes to say Hi and do not respond afterwards. It’s ridiculous
