appalling Courier
WAITING FOR DAYS NOW FOR PARCEL. TRACKING FACILITY NOT USER FRIENDLY AND INFO NOT RELIABLE. ITEM BEING SENDING BACK AND FORTH ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED A SMS DAYS AGO ALREADY THAT IT IS GOING TO BE DELIVERED THAT DAY. STILL WAITING. OVERUSED EXCUSE IS COVID. DON'T UNDERSTAND WHERE THAT FITS IN? TRAVELLING BETWEEN AREAS IN GAUTENG IS ALLOWED. JUST A LAME EXCUSE FOR BEING INCOMPETEND. WORSE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COURIER EVER!!! DON'T USE THEM!!!

The courier attempted delivery yesterday and you were not at the address. The delivery attempts for this parcel have been exceeded as it is the second time it has failed.
You will need to re-order the parcel from the sender again.

07 Jul 2021, 14:59The driver surely **** as he said he's going to deliver a parcel near by as i was near by and he never came back then a guy called me around to reschedule and said it will be delivered today and Vodacom has sent you an email for 3rd party acceptance if I'm not around.
Don't lie as you first took it wrong address at first!!!
please get one of superiors to call me as I'm tired of this as it's been stalling and I'm leaving the country for work in a day or two!!!

Vodacom has not given to us authorization to deliver to a third party. This can only be delivered to you only.
