Appalling behaviour

This morning I had my avon order delivered, the gentleman calls me to tell me he is outside. I request him to meet me at the security (by the entrance) of my building. I am at work. I wait and wait this gentleman is sitting in the car by the parking bay. One of my colleagues waves to him that I've been waiting. The gentleman then gets out of the car, i ask him why he was in the car as i asked him to please wait by the security. He answers me so rudely why I didn't call him. I sign for the package and as I'm about to take it from him, he drops my package on the floor. Is that how you treat your clients, especially women? What if my things had broken, I rushed back outside to the parking bay to ask him how he can do that. I'm at my workplace and how dare he treat me like that. I was so angry at that man. This is how men treat us women, this is not right
