Appalling behavior from Ram Hand to hand courier

Most disrespectful, inconsiderate, customer abusing service, I'm honestly disappointed in this service, the courier katl3go and driver Ronald didn't even ring my doorbell to alert that they where here, no arrangements was made for delivery timings, as if I'm expected to wait at home all day for the delivery even after I explained to the courier, 1min after they called that I was in the bathroom and could not get to the phone. That I was outside and able to take the deliver they had the audacity to tell me that I will hear from them on when next they can deliver and I must wait for them, I'm not the only customer even after explained that I had to be back at work at 2pm and I was aware that they couldn't have gone so far in that time, they only called at 1:55pm telling me they are outside for my delivery, they parked in the street blocking traffic as they handed my package.. They showed no remorse after I called them out on their disrespectful behavior... This was an appalling experience from Ram Couriers
