Appaling servive from Ram Couriers

The worst service ever received from Ram Couriers, for three days couldn't be able to get my delivery all because they never bother to call you when they arrive at your house. Asking neighbors if Im present at home is the worst strategy ever,taking the neighbors word and leaving with my parcel while Im only 3houses away from my house. Not even one single call for arrival,no reference number no communication at all,had to make numerous calls which they dont even bother to call back with feedback. If I could I would give a less than 1 star rating,appaling service, if it wasnt for Palesa at customer care I would have cancelled everything and requested my money back from Vodacom,Vodacom better change its Courier service.
